Our customers are very important to us!

We will do our best to send the purchase within 2 business days of the original order. For now we will only be sending items within Canada.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange the product within 30 days of purchase. When exchanging or returning items purchased from the online shop, the item must be in new/unused condition, with original tags attached.

In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to our error. In an event that it is our error, we will refund regular postage costs only (not express, priority or other courier costs).

We try to keep everything displayed in our online store in stock but occasionally things sell out after a busy weekend. If this happens we will notify you and issue a refund or exchange for another item.
