What do I do if I order the wrong size?
You can return any item in NEW/UNUSED condition (with tags) in the 30 days after the package is sent from our shop. The cost of shipping it back will be on you, unless we made a mistake (nobody is perfect).
How long can I expect the package to take?
We will do our best to ship the product within two business days. After that, it is in Canada Posts hands. Usually it takes around a week.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $150 we will pay for the shipping! Anything under that we charge $15.00 anywhere in Canada.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
We will send you an email with a tracking number once we send out your swag.
Where do you ship too?
We will ship anywhere in Canada. We would love to extend our reach worldwide, but the cost of shipping isn't realistic. That being said, if you NEED something, We may be able to help you with a special request. The cost of postage would be on you though!
If I buy a t-shirt am I a surf sister?
We are always happy to welcome more into the surf sister family! Just make sure you stop by next time you are in Tofino, or give us a shout on instagram in your new swag!
